Hello, for our first installment, I thought we should start at the beginning, and examine the * Pillars of Wellness. When I was studying to become a wellness coach, this model made the most sense to me, and seemed to be the most comprehensive. We'll explore each pillar individually, in its own post for more clarity at a later time. Next is emotional wellness. Emotional wellness is about understanding your feelings, and expressing them in a healthy way.Surround yourself with supportive people who lift you up. We all need human connection. Acknowledge your feelings, let them out, and lean on your support system.
